How we process personal data

Our website is protected with an SSL certificate and is hosted on secure, UK based servers. The contact form on our website sends submissions to us via email and the details aren’t stored on the website itself, or anywhere else. Our emails are SSL certified and are only added to devices that are password protected. Our cyber security policies are in line with Cyber Essentials.
How long we store data for
If your enquiry does not progress, we will delete the personal data that you have sent to us within a period of 12 months. To request removal ahead of this timeframe, please contact us by email at info@bluewatercap.com.
If your enquiry does progress to making an investment, your personal data will be stored securely within our email mailboxes which are SSL certified, on machines which are password protected. Other software that we use to provide you with our service is only installed onto password protected machines.
Your personal data will, where necessary, be stored for the duration of our service arrangements unless agreed otherwise.
