Michael Buer - Managing Director
Mike has over 10 year's real estate investment experience. The bulk of his career has been spent in the National Capital Markets team at CBRE but more recently in a niche practice before setting up Aquira Real Estate in 2026.
He has transacted over £1.3bn of UK real estate across all sectors and of deal sizes ranging from >£100m to <£100k. He has investment experience in the traditional commercial sectors and more recently Data Centres, Living and Healthcare. Integrity and trust are at the very centre of Mike's work ethic, these values have allowed him to develop an extensive network of strong relationships across institutional funds, property companies and private family offices.
Mike will adeptly source, unlock and transact assets of any profile to drive value for clients meeting their long-term investment needs.
Outside the office Mike is a long-suffering and unfortunately very keen Manchester United fan, he is also an extremely eager golfer albeit his passion outweighs his ability considerably.
